Why This Beer Web Magazine? \/ \u4f55\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306e\u30d3\u30a2\u30de\u30ac\u30b8\u30f3\uff1f<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“What if a brewer wrote stories about other brewers?”<\/strong>
That simple thought was the spark that started all this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around me are not only beer makers, but also bar owners and many others whose work and passion revolve around alcohol. Each of them is wonderfully unique, with quirks that make them all the more fascinating. While they may not be widely known to the general public, they are helping to sustain an important part of this country\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s been 10 years since I started brewing beer.
I\u2019m far from being a \u201cfinished\u201d brewer, but I\u2019ve felt a growing desire to contribute to Japan\u2019s beer culture in a way that\u2019s different from what I\u2019ve done so far. That\u2019s why I decided to launch this web magazine\u2014to interview and share the stories of the remarkable people around me. (Hopefully, they\u2019ll be willing to be interviewed!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope this magazine happens to catch someone\u2019s eye and leads to a new and memorable encounter with beer.
